How to Use SenderMate

Getting Started +

Welcome to SenderMate! Follow these steps to get started:

  1. Go to dash.wamate.online and register your WhatsApp number.
  2. After registration, obtain your Instance ID and Access Token from WaMate.
  3. Log in to your WordPress account.
  4. Click here to log in if you’re not already logged in.

  5. Navigate to the SenderMate Settings page.
  6. Enter the Instance ID and Access Token you received from WaMate.
  7. Save your settings.
  8. Once set up, you can start sending messages from the Control Panel.

Registering on WaMate +

To use SenderMate, you need to register your WhatsApp number on WaMate:

  1. Visit dash.wamate.online.
  2. Click on “Sign Up” if you’re a new user, or “Login” if you already have an account.
  3. Follow the registration process, which includes verifying your WhatsApp number.
  4. Once registered and logged in, go to your WaMate dashboard.
  5. Look for your Instance ID and Access Token. These are crucial for connecting SenderMate to your WhatsApp account.
  6. Copy these details and keep them safe – you’ll need them for the SenderMate Settings page.

Login Page +

To access SenderMate features, you need to be logged in to your WordPress account. If you’re not logged in, you’ll be redirected to the login page when trying to access SenderMate functions.

Settings Page +

The Settings page is where you configure your SenderMate account:

  1. Go to the SenderMate Settings page.
  2. Enter your Instance ID obtained from WaMate.
  3. Enter your Access Token obtained from WaMate.
  4. Click “Save Settings” to store your configuration.

You must complete this setup before you can start sending messages.

Check Status Page +

The Check Status page allows you to monitor your sent messages:

  • View all messages grouped by date
  • Check the status of each message (Sent, Pending, or Failed)
  • See error messages for failed deliveries
  • Track when each message was created and sent

You can access the Check Status page through the link provided in the WordPress admin menu or click here to go to the Check Status page.

Sending Messages +

To send messages:

  1. Ensure you’ve set up your Instance ID and Access Token in the Settings page.
  2. Go to the Control Panel.
  3. Enter phone numbers (one per line) in the designated field.
  4. Optionally, enter corresponding names for personalization.
  5. Compose your message, using {name} to insert recipient names and {option1|option2} for random variations.
  6. Optionally, attach an image.
  7. Click “Send Messages” to queue your messages for sending.

Messages will be sent according to the current sending status (Running or Stopped) set in the Control Panel.
